This one is the best of both worlds: informative and has a very large level of comedic value. There were definitely still a few questions out there regarding the functionality of the iPad, especially considering we won’t be seeing it until the third of April. And there’s really no better way to find out about a product then to get the information from the company’s CEO, right? Well, that’s exactly what a Swedish website did. And the best part? They got a response.

Basically, the site asked Steve Jobs whether or not the iPad would really the middle device between their Macbook Pro and iPhone. They were hoping the tablet would tether to the iPhone, and that way circumvent any additional data charges. Great idea, right? Well, here’s the answer they got:

No.

So, there you have it. The iPad will officially not tether to the iPhone, and therefore you can’t skip that data plan, if you were going to pick up the 3G model. This might be some bad news to someone out there, but at least it was delivered in such a way that you can’t really get upset. Right?
